Which plan is right for my company?

Do I need to choose a plan now?

Yes.  By choosing a plan now, you know you’re using the right Analyser system for your company, and you’ll be ready to integrate the system with your company after your free trial expires.

Do I need a credit card to sign up for the trial?

No. We do not collect credit card information when you sign up for a trial account. When your free trial comes to an end, you can choose to continue using the BA Analyser system by entering your credit card details to upgrade your plan or choose the invoicing option that best suits your company’s needs.

What happens at the end of my trial?

You’ll be asked to confirm the payment plan which is right for you to continue using the Analyser system.  If not, there's no need to cancel anything. Your account becomes inactive, but your data remains intact in case you decide to upgrade your plan another time.

How does your pricing compare with other solutions?

Alternative solutions may charge based on the number of users that your company has. Depending on the Analyser plan you choose, Analyser allows you to have unlimited users for each of your office/branch locations.  Other solutions may also charge for specialised reporting. Analyser starts with 7 standard reports, but is fully customisable to your business requirements with our easy to build advanced report search.

Do you provide a volume discount for franchises?

Yes. We're happy to work with franchises on volume pricing. Please view the Multi Location or the Multi Brand plans for more details.

BA Payment Terms

BA Analyser, Analyser Plus, Analyser Multi Location and Analyser Multi Brand provide a complete solution to your sponsorship activity.

All payment terms are to be read in conjunction with the BA Analyser Terms & Conditions.

 

Payment methods include the ability to pay with a valid credit card (only Visa and MasterCard accepted) if paying on a monthly basis; or by selecting to be billed by invoice. If paying by credit card, our company name BrandAdvantage will appear on the card holder statement. All services are billed in advanced either monthly or annually (billing periods).  The customer shall pay the fees set out in the service plan that the customer chooses from the BA Analyser website. Payment for the Monthly Service by a valid credit card is required for the service to continue after the free 90 day trial period. The service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no re-funds or credits for part months used, down grading accounts or for months unused.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes or duties imposed by local, regional, state and national government bodies and are billed as additional. If you choose to upgrade your services, your credit card will be charged with the new service amount in the next billing period. If you select to be invoiced annually, any upgrade of services will be invoiced in advance for payment. BrandAdvantage reserves the right to change the fees for any services or upgrades upon 60 days of notice from us to the client. BrandAdvantage reserves the right to discontinue any services upon 30 days’ notice for non-payment after notice has been given to the client by BrandAdvantage.
